After an initial communication problem was sorted out I had very good service from Constance, Justice and Vuyo.Thank you.

Our Geyser burst and we only find out on our arrival late on a Saturday afternoon. They were the only company that was willing to help on a Saturday. They worked late into the evening but job was done. I will recommend the company any time. The lady that answered the phone was very friendly and helpful and two gentleman doing the work, you were awesome! Thank you. Use the company, they want to work.

I have had to contact DLS plumbing twice. On 26th and 27th Jan. Regarding drain repair that was done and leaking again. At Fairview RiseStill waiting for a reply.

My septic tank collapsed, it was old and served its time well. DLS came to take a look, sent the quote the next morning and right after I paid they had sent an excavator out to start digging the hole for the new tank. Friendly reception as well, couldn’t have asked for a better service.

Called on a Saturday for a burst pipe in the ceiling. Were busy with other jobs but still turned up within a few hours and diagnosed and repaired the leak.

After three plumbers were unable to identify the leak, and after two months of extremely high water usage, we called DLS plumbers who through careful survey of noice detected the leak. Was looking for a plumber urgently on Saturday. Found DLS. Said on google they were open 24 hrs. Called and some unprofessional sounding woman answered. She sounded like she was drunk. Told her I need a plumber urgently. She asked can the plumber come out on Monday. I told her I needed one that day as I had an emergency. She proceeded to tell me that the reason she suggested monday is because for the weekend I would have to pay more. So I asked her if at any stage I told her I was poor,or I didnt have money,or for her to make me a special price. I said I was well aware that weekend callouts cost more. I was livid. She then said ok I must send her my details. I said I would, but I didn't. She put me right off with her unprofessionalism and the noise in the background too. My husband sucks at plumbing and I always need to call a plumber. Too badThe time was 17:23
