I have been going to this pharmacy for many years & always had excellent service from Leslie, Sarah, Simone and today from Jadene. She is truly an asset to Maharajs Pharmacy. Initially Kelly was helping & was unable to pickup my details as per my script from last month which Kelly captured. I called JADENE to check again and Jadene found the script which was captured by Kelly which she denied capturing and couldn't find on the system. Well done Jadene

My husband is a recovered covid-19 patient. During his quarantine he called in telephonically to check how he could collect his meds and was told that I could go in and collect them for him seeing that he was in isolation and had no exposure and was asked to email his prescription which he did. Upon entering the pharmacy with my mask, shield and hand sanitizer and maintaining my social distancing, I asked the cashier for assistance and explained what I was there for. She left me standing at the counter whilst she seeked assistance from another staff member (which I could assume was of a more senior position,) at the store end which seemed like the dispensary. He screamed across the store to me shouting excuse me....i need to ask you to leave"
