Staff are friendly. Chefs Platter is our fave because of the variety we get. Gets crowded at times but you can order and collect or have it delivered as well.

Lovely vibe when seated at the window. Otherwise seating and generally atmosphere is average.Food was good and decently priced.Services was however really slow and waiters forgot about us multiple times.

Please bring Nuri to JHB. My partner and I literally had Sushi every second day when we were in CPT. We are back in JHB and cannot stop talking about it.

2022 :Had Lunch with my kids and granddaughter ,sushi was great ,unfortunately we had to sit at the high Counter ,no accommodations for Babies2023 : Back again to have my Birthday Lunch with my kids and Grandkids .You need to make your place for Kids Friendly .

I always go to Nuri - it is hands down my favourite sushi place... Until tonight.I took five people with me, excited for the usual great, fresh food and good service.Our food took an hour before it was ready. Two of the people with me had received their orders about half an hour in, only for them to come and collect the other three slips and only then start making it.So at least you would think it'd be fresh. Somehow - the fried sushi was stale, the avo was not yet ripe, which made the sushi very watery and the dumplings were somehow still raw, while the prawns inside were overcooked and rubbery.I am so disappointed! Unfortunately, I will not be going back or making my usual glowing recommendations to anyone who will listen. Ugh! Big sad!

I am not sure why I even went to Nuri’s thinking it would be different after a while. But the sushi was terrible and look like it was made by toddlers.I asked the waiter if this is how it was suppose to be and she basically said yes. The rice was falling out of the seaweed and could barely make it to my mouth.There was not even a lot of people in the restaurant so I am not sure why the rush meal preparation.

Only one platter for me and it’s the Botha Platter, we eat at least twice a month but we try to do once a week. Only thing is it’s moved from a sit down to more of a buy and go. Lately it’s added Burger and waffle menu. I find the service is now more conveyor belt service… so I stick to the takeout option not nice for sit down. Good quality is still similar to before but I do find the rolls now been a bit smaller. Overall still enjoy eating from here!

This is the worst branch and the worst service. The manager does not know how to resolve customer issues, nevermind that, manager barely knows English. Food quality is so bad and they blame it on load shedding. Disappointed is an understatement. Will never return to this branch.

The day I went it was quiet. The wait was 15 minutes. The sushi is always freshly prepared which is essential. The sushi is a bit pricey but very unique. The sushi tastes delicious. Just wish they had the extra salty soy sauce (the red one). They also have a few desserts which is yum.

Waited an hour and a bit for prawn pops not be made but, the sushi platter came out in 10 minutes.When I told the owner or manager about it. He didn’t understand. I don’t think he even understands English that well.People who came after me were getting served and food delivered to them.I eventually asked for a refund on my food instead.Won’t be back here.
