Terrible customer service, I waited minutes without being acknowledged and assisted. Distracted with another customer who came after me but the worse of all is the unprofessional way of one of the credit assistance clerk who was so irritated by customers especially The Xhosa speaking old Lady who didn't understand a single word in English. I was stunt by that as well.

Purchased a lounge suite from this store back on Black Friday 2017, staff was friendly and helpful and more importantly honest about the quality of the various furniture on offer. Delivery was also on time as promised which is not always the case with suppliers, so a good experience all round.

Good morning my washing machine that I bought on credit from Russell's in Athlone has been broken for more than 3 months now I have loads of washing piling up. Even tho we have warranty and paying on time every month no one has come out to fix the machine even though we have logde a complaint. Please advise what to do as my layer wants to take control of this situation.Thanks in advance

The worst experience I've ever encountered. I've experienced issues (defective) with 5 out of the 6 products purchased (brands supposedly good) for the last 8 months and have not had a resolution since I first reported the first product in 3 weeks after delivery (end of July 2020)Constant back & forth and NO solution. I'm at the point of refusing to pay until it's resolved. Of course, they're quick to call for their money. Pathetic. No after sale support or trained customer / competent service.

The delivery is wack i have a driver's number that was available to deliver but still my delivery was rescheduled without my consent where i took a day off work for this poor service....unbelievable i wont recommend them at all especially to deliver oh hell noooo!!!
