Phoned them for curtain racks said they didnt have in stock. So i payed R680 for 3 at another shop in margate. When i went to buiders to get brackets they had all sizes and where fully stocked on them.

Some products not prized on shelf. Similar products prized, but then you get the surprise at the checkout that the product you choose is almost R200 more. Not nice

We were struggling with plumbing and pipes that did not connect to a water pump. The service desk attendant was very helpful and explained to us how he would connect the pipes. When we got home, it worked exactly as he said it would.

Tiny builders. Tried to get curtain runners, but the shelves are all empty. Not sure why they don't seem to restock items. Won't find much here. Rather go to Builders Southcoast Mall

Not the first or second time the service are poor.The previous times I didn't think to complain, but it seams like it's the Standards, I left the store without my list of building supplies.So discussted , I'm sharing my experience with my friends and groups, they agree, that I'm not the only one who experience this service.The store manager is non existant, if you ask to see him.No I do not need this sorry , time is money , dont need this behaviour.
