Absolutely love doing yoga at Kenton Yoga! Perfect way to relax and also to understand how amazing your body truly is. Sj is a fantastic instructor as she explains everything thoroughly and makes you feel at home at the studio!

Amazingly tranquil home studio! The class left me energised and relaxed all in one. Sarah-Jane is an amazing teacher, who's strength and flexibility is inspiring. Definately worth a visit.
