What an absolute waste of your time!Don’t bother with this store.The staff are like chickens without heads, running around all over the place, tried to help me but unfortunately all they did was wreck my expensive glass screen protector and camera protector.Left me without a working phone after all the fiddling and resetting!Dear apple SA, I suggest you take a look at this store very closely!Dear iStore owner please don’t ask me to send another message to someone else!After reading all the terrible reviews on your store and you very sad attempt at a response I think customers are getting the message load and clear!Just go somewhere else or shop online!#Apple#AppleSupport#istoreBallito

This is the worst istore ever. The service is way below sub-par from the contract and upgrades staff.I’ve had three separate occasions with upgrades that took DAYS. Always and issue with their systems and the staff have NO CLUE how to communicate with customers. You’ll be left waiting there for hours twirling your thumbs waiting, without a peep from the staff.The aircon also never works and the store is always hot and stuffy. Worst Apple experience ever. As I speak my husband is going to the store for the 3rd or 4th time to upgrade.Definitely visit this store if you want your blood pressure to shoot through the roof.The worst part is that I AM SURE the management is aware of all the complaints the store receives but they do nothing about it. Absolutely shocking service. Went in to purchase a product and was charged R2000 more. The salesperson was insistent that this was the correct in store price. I had to contact gateway store to obtain the correct information.

The worst service I have ever received. Got to the store as they opened at 8 to assist with a MTN contract. They tell me to come back at 10 as the guy who works on the MTN contacts only start at 10. We can make an appointment so we are the first people he will see. Got here just before 10 and he is busy with somebody else. 20 min in, O get a call from the store to say he has just arrived and unable to assist us. They unable to answer why and said we can wait for him to discuss. It is now 50 min later and still nothing. What is the point of making an appointment if they still going to help whoever.

Shocking service today. Waited long for one of two sales persons. Then he didnt know prices or anything about the products. Cashiers at tills let me stand there forever more interested in admin and counting up the days slips than helping me pay. Not a good experience. Avoid.
