I've been with this car service for a few years now, and they're really good - they will call you the moment they see something out of the ordinary with your car, and their prices are very competitive. They're also open on Saturdays, which is a huge plus for me.

Initially I had an amazing opinion of the owner, his professionalism and his staff.Recently this dropped completely and I am at a point of rather not supporting them again.I left my bakkie there for wheel alignment which actually had to have been done a month prior when I installed new shocks there.After 3 hours and a promise of being phoned back, I came back to find an owner which seems to suffer from Amnesia and carelessness.I don't think I'd recommend this place.

All my experiences at this place have been great. The mechanics knew their work and could resolve the problems I had with my car. I'm definitely returning to this place. They give me peace of mind with my car.

Service standard has gone down dramatically since when it was called Extra mile. I Paid R6200 for service and parts but still problem not resolved. Apparently they just don't check everything thoroughly during service and one has to go repeatedly for same problems. Now I have to go to Mercedes to get the problem resolved. I do not recommend Wierda service center

Excellent service!!! Very friendly and fast service. I took my car for front brakes and they even clean my car inside and out. They will definitely by my first choice for everything related to my car in the future. Big thanks to the team!

We have paid for a car that is not fixed and the problem is still there. They used a outsider to fix the car and still not done. We need to take the car to the dealer. When I asked for the money back. They have an excuse of they to get the money back from the guy that worked on the car. And the owner needs to do the refund.

Wierda Car Services disappointed me. I was used to good service from them since they have damaged my car when replacing a water pump. I reported it to them and they requested me for a quotation, which I did and handed to them the same day. After a fortnight I followed up as they did not contact me. I went to see them personally and they asked me for another quote and I got two quotes which I handed to them the same day. A month now passes and I still awaiting a reply. To me as a consumer it is unacceptable and I made it my duty to warn other customers.

3 Clutch kits in 5 months and you still cant find the origin of problem and warranty doesnt apply anymore? Never had these issues before the new owner took over

Edit: Sadly I had to drop my rating as I had to take my car in several times with a few problems after service. Both the brakes and the windscreen wipers. After new brakes had been put in, the brakes still had problems which is very inconvenient since the car had to be taken a few times for the same problem. The mechanic definitely has to work on customer relations because I heard some foul language when he realized I wasn't just coming for the fun of it and the parts supplier had given incorrect parts. At least I wasn't charged and additional fees also I was helped as soon as i came in.1 year later the brakes had to be completely replaced again at a different place because of the poor quality used I just didn't trust taking my car back to this centre.Do not use this centre unless you're comfortable with poor quality service and spending lots of money
