Well done to this store, visited last weekend. store was busy but the place was absolutely spotless, the staff were efficient and helpful, The store was cool and comfortable inside, the food was ready in less than 10 minutes, food was fresh.

So we decided to stop at the Chicken Licken Athlone branch. We purchased the 2piece meal for myself and my wife. I was totally disgusted with the food we received. Their packaging was smaller but at the time i didnt think much of it until we arrived home only to find 5 chips and literally two bones" it barely had chicken on it!!!!Definately not purchasing food there again. I cant even rate their food 1 Star"

The food is fine . The staff seem to not be happy . Not sure of their working conditions.I had to tell them that not one of them were smiling. All seemed miserable ( hoping it was only my observation) , including what seems to be the supervisor.If that business is not doing well , they have themselves to blame.

It was our first time at the restaurant and it was pleasant. Friendly staff, quick service, the meal was filling, we ordered 5 meals of Big John Deluxe.

Purchased 2 family meals and 12 winglets.... Family meal had 2 thighs and one drumstick in both meals and the rest was dry chicken.. This would have been OK if it looked more appetizing.. The one pack of rolls was completely squashed. Winglets was dried out as if it was over cooked or left in a warmer for too long.

Just my opinion I honestly just don't like Chicken Licken food. There food tastes a bit lifeless. Also please get rid of the silly glass at the front counter it hides the menu makes it so difficult to see.

I've quickly become a fan of Chicken Licken through this specific franchise. Their fries are good and I love the little spice packets you get with them.I will say, calling in to order for collection is a good service they offer. So you can call them, place an order and then collect it.This works wonders for me when I'm on my home from work a little later than usual. Very convenient and they are incredibly efficient.
