We visited the store on Saturday @ 4pm and needed to do lots of things in the store.Jessica assisted us and her assistance was excellent. We had so many requests and she served us with pleasure. She was extremely helpful, patient, warm and friendly. I will definitely visit the store again.

I walked into the store today to check up on when my contract was due for an upgrade and which of the numbers linked to my account were eligible. 2 hours later I walked out with a new phone, cover and smart watch because Paulene helped me put together a great deal where I could get rid of my data specific SIM and incorporate everything I wanted into a single contract. She was patient and knowledgeable as well as taking my needs into account over chasing a sale on a higher end device/contract.

It is much appreciated. We need more service providers like this. Go to Vodacom repairs Canal Walk for great service. The other stores are annoyingly such a waste of time.
