Cornright Motors

I am just experiencing the worst service from Cornright motors.My car went in for an inspection on the 21st of February 2023 to conright motors for repairs to be done due to a car accident in December 2023. (pre approved contract due to original panel beater closing down in January.) Since then I have had no feedback.I phoned on Friday 24 March to get info and an ETA on the parts, and was told we will get back to you... still waiting... phoned again on Wednesday 29 March as no one has phoned me back, and was told we will get back to you... still waiting, made a phone called again Friday 31 March, raised my frustration and concern because no one is getting back to me, was told we will phone you back... I am still waiting. it is now the 3rd of April a month and a bit later and I still have no ETA on my car parts.I will not post my registration number on a social media platform, you can get my details from your reception or Leigh-Anne or from all the messages I left.

Great experience with Cornright motors. The car took a little longer to fix than the initial ETA, but what can you do, waiting for parts.Bongie, Lee-Anne, and Maria are super helpful and friendly, and they offer really great coffee while you wait.

I never thought having my car repaired at a panel beater could be a pleasant experience. This after someone drove into the back of my almost brand new Alfa Romeo Stelvio on the way to drop the kids off at school. Fortunately I was able to still drive my car, so Cornright were able to order the necessary parts from Italy before I took my vehicle in for repairs. The repair took 8 days and my beautiful car is as good as new. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with the Cornright team. Friendly, professional and all-round amazing. Thank you so much!

Pathetic service! Vehicle went in for bumper repair 2 Mondays ago. Lack of communication, vague response when my partner called in today. Absolutely shocking service and the Insurance company Naked have also failed to obtained clarity.

Im blown away by the world class customer service of Cornright Motors. My car was booked in for Hail Damage through my insurance and i was kept in the loop the entire time and my car was finishes much quicker than i expected, and with no snags.The best part however is my car had a loose plastic trim and a loose metal side piece (the portion you stand on to get into a SUV) and they just went ahead and fixed it... and didnt even tell me. Who does that in this day and age? Unbelieveable Customer Service, i definitely dont have the tools to fix these small issues on my car, where as for a Panel Beater it is easy - thanks so much! I really am so impressed with your service!

Brings back memories of super service received in the past. I was in an attempted hijacking and original owner made my vehicle his problem. The new owners seem competent

Took my car there for a minor rear body repair. Came back as good as new and they took a reasonable time to complete the job
