Lansdowne Clinic

There are some kind and helpful nurses. They are trying to be effective and to make sure everyone is helped. I do suggest that they have someone in the clinic inform the people waiting; what exactly is happening and how much nurses there are.

Some of the staff is so disrespectful ... No way of speaking... Very aggressive... Hate taking my son to the clinic but unfortunately I have too...

Can never get through when trying to call..always just rings..10 attempts and no luck...what are you doing behind that counter??!

I am currently living abroad and i am sitting all day trying to get hold of the Lansdowne clinic in Cape Town. non of the numbers is active as shown on the internet ther is just no way of getting hold of anyone in case of emergancy. the servics is disgusting

The admin clerks at this clinic have no way of speaking to people, every single time i go to this clinic they have something to tell me back, i see everytime i go how they turn people away or cross question them why they coming to this clinic, its a public clinic isnt it suppose to be open for everybody and especially babies???!!!!!I am fumming inside for the people that sit at the front desk that interacts with the people that comes to the clinicThey are more worried about working with appointments than asking what it is a individual is coming for at the clinic, I totally understand why they work with appointments but if one misses his or her date why is it that the admin clerks has to run a show???!!I have been coming to this clinic for a year and 3 months now and not once did i get nice service and i was at the clinic today, it was the first time i told the manager which is also a sister how i felt coming to this clinicIn future i really hope that there negative attitudes change because they need to love what they do if they dont then they should clearly look for a different line of work.

The staff are always friendly and they know there clients even my name which is so amazing.

Always a long wait even though you have an appointment time. Some of sisters very disrespectful.
