Bird and Exotic Animal Hospital

Amazing, my little hamster had a successful leg amputation and was taken care of so well. I also got her in for the amputation within 8 hours of her injury happening - They were so accommodating and just overall lovely people.

Have taken both my dachshunds there for their backs in the past +/-10 years. My oldest recovered fully and is still going strong. My youngest still in the recovery stage, they have been thorough and friendly. I was sure that she was in good hands!

The most caring doctors & nurses, taking care of your fur friend as if they we're their own. Our one year old female bull terrier went in for a leg operation and the staff there handled her with more that enough love and care.

The service from the ladies at the front counter,the student vets to the specialist surgeon was amazing.

The best vets and staff you could ask for if you have a feathered friend (or something exotic) ♥️

If you have any avian issues, this is the place to go. Any species. I took my Canary there and they saved his life. Such love for birds, the team are professional and highly qualified. I would recommend this hospital to anyone who will listen.

Emergency treatment denied and misdiagnosis given.The system of diagnostic treatment is severely lacking at the clinic.I took my rabbit as soon as he stopped eating. On Saturday. Blood tests were done but they did not to do an xray or ultrasound on the day maybe because my case was not seen as an emergency" because he was stable. not sure if they would've done it even if was an emergency either. A rabbit does not scream in pain the way a bird does. The clinic literally waited for him to collapse before they decided to do an ultrasound! Which they only decided to do on the Monday afternoon when it was too late. I wish I was a difficult person and insisted that they do the ultrasound on the day

Took our three puppies for vaccinations. The clinic was impecable. The students were wonderfull, taking care of the animals in such a loving manner as I have not seen anywhere for a considerable time. Our puppies were happy and comfortable with everyone they were cared for.The areas are easily accessable for wheelchairs. Spaces are wide and easy to manoever.

Excellent, excellent, excellent! Expert and and passionate service. Dr. Elliott is just amazing, best veterinarian ever. Expert and specialist at it's best.
