This store is always busy, mainly due to the lack of service or slow service at the till points, the food quality is not consistent, some days the chicken is over-cooked, some days under-cooked. Being the only KFC in Tongaat we have no choice but to go here.....

Reduculous service , stuff with a lot of attitude .. I called 5 times trying to place an order they kept referring me to a different line to call I kept telling them it’s not going through .. for a mananger to tell me there’s nothing they can do . So I can’t place an order with them ? I mean I am looking for KFC tongaat and they answered the phone to direct to other numbers 5 times what kind of customer service is this

Super busy and no order in terms of lines. Staff are very unenthusiastic. The burger I ordered was put together quite sloppily and lettuce was a bit wilted. The chicken was good, they tot it right with adding chilli salt this time but forgetting to add cutlery in my take away bucket and burger meals which only tells me no checks are being done. I am grateful for it being here, just the safety aspect isnt too great so I really cant wait for the new mall to open. Just my thoughts FYI it's good for a take away but not a eat in family place. Too many paras around with one uninterested security guard.

Kfc tongaat is the worst i have seen thus far .chicken was horrible soaked in oil ..chips hard as rock ..burger made very haphazardly...terrible standard of food .I definitely won't be buying there ever again ...Tongaat ppl don't deserve this std of kfc

Poor, disrespectful service from staff. Terrible quality food. Won't be back. Fix your service and food KFC TONGAAT. Reviews are all consistently low. Soon you won't have any customers
