Matt and Paige have been brilliant. I initially asked for info. on the Gravel X from Matt, after seeing the BH advert on Bike Hub. He was prompt and informative (despite being practically on the start line of a major event!). He then referred me to Paige, whose help and attention to detail has been superb. Shipping was quick and the bike was very well packed. Since I received the bike, countless questions have been answered accurately and with patience. Well done to you both - I have been super impressed.The Gravel X is a lovely bike - carefully designed, well thought out, and very well equipped for the price.... It is comfortable on both tar and dirt, and is a lively and engaging ride. In my opinion, it is a serious contender in a crowded and very expensive market.

I was in the market to upgrade my wifes bike but retain my component’s. Mat and his team sorted us out with such a deal it was impossible to resist. From walking in on the Monday dropping a bike off to walking out on Friday with my Wife's new BH road bike Carbon frame fully built. We are so stoked!
