Engen Bassonia Convenience

I always get my car filled up at the Engen in Bassonia. The staff are friendly and professional. However, on two occasions, I have been asked for money by the one gentleman from the staff. I often tip them if I have spare change, but it’s extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable when this particular staff member asks me for money every time I fill up. I sometimes want to avoid going to this Engen just so that this staff member does not bother me. Kindly address the staff to not ask customers for money. Thanks

Friendly staff and also conscious of safety with Covid-19 wearing masks etc. very important with the 3rd wave in Gauteng at the moment.Came from an Engen up the road where there was just pure ignorance towards safety to customers with Covid-19 not wearing masks at all.For your own safety rather visit this station in the area where people are friendly too.

Very badly managed. I've had two awful experiences here. The filling staff / attendants are good but the manager is pathetic. Despite its convenient location, I will NEVER support this place again. In fact, I would rather push my car uphill on comaro drive to another station than ever have another incident that would require interaction with this disgusting manager.

Poor service.Only after asking the petrol attendent for my clicks slip, I was told it didn't go through and he was aware of it and just didn't tell me about it. After that I was told to please leave my card so they can find someone who doesn't have a clicks card in order to swipe.I don't mind the mistake that was made. I do mind the ethics of how things were dealt with afterwards and the lack of communication

Bassonia carwash gives clients no experience at all. The lady staff cannot even great client's and not professional at all. Cleaning of your car is not worth the price you pay as there is always concern. I always need to show areas where they did not clean properly. I am already looking for alternative places to get my car washed. Its not worth it. Bad CXP!!!!

Good dayLast night on my way home I stopped at Comaro View Service station to buy cooldrink at the Quickshop. upon my arrival the security guard, the lady behind the till and the petrol assistant was all sleeping. after knocking and finally waking the security guard I bought my goods and the lady behind the till was very annoyed that I woke her. Getting to my vehicle a found that the battery was dead. Not only did neither petrol assistant, lady at the till and security guard have no sympathy for me but did not even try to assist me in my situation. I eventually got my vehicle started around 4am and left. What kind of service station can not assist a person with minor vehicle problems??Service in the country has gone down. I just now realize how bad things had gone!!! Sad that this is what it comes down to...
