Best pre-order prices on games and love their powertrade system when im low on bux but want to get a new game.Also very quick service. Can be in and out fast enough to not have to pay for underground parking when going to pick up my preorder.They even import some niche titles now and then especially for the anime fans.

I bought the new battlefield 2042 for my xbox series x, I specifically asked the guy at the counter if it was for the xbox series x and he said yes and I bought it. I installed the game and figure out it's the xbox one version of the game and it's just compatible with the series x. Which means I'm playing with xbox one consoles and not the new generation. I phone to let them know of their mistake and all I got was you can't return the game because it's been opened". As if it was my mistake that they gave me the wrong game and didnt give me the correct information about the disc. I went to go buy the disc because of nostalgia and you know support a business

I bought a PS 5 on the 16.12.22. It supposed to come with 2 games, one of them is the download. When we got home same day, try to download the game and it needed a code to complete the download. We called East gate store were we bought it from, we were requested to email the slip, I ended up having to go back to find out what was the delay after emailing the receipt. I was told that they still waiting for the supplier to respond, till today.How is that the customers problem? I wish I had read the reviews before buying from them. I’ve never seen such incompetent and inconvenience.

Please avoid at all costs. They don't give refund nor exchange if the product was opened irrespective of whether you used the product or not. Once you remove the tape, you done.

I am absolutely disgusted, if I can give a zero rating I would. My 10-year-old son saved his pocket money for a really long time to be able to buy the game he wanted. Even though there are no visible scratches on the disc the disc does not load. There is no way at the store for the disc to be tested and have to be sent away for a week. We are not from the area and it is quite difficult to get back there again. Try and explain peoples useless service to a boy who worked hard to be able to buy this for himself. The quality of the packaging, the cover and the artwork are of poor quality so it makes one wonder where the product is coming from. For the gamers out there, I would definitely spend my money somewhere else.

If I could gove zero stars I would. BT Games East Rand Mall have had my PS4 VR Headset since Nov 2019. I have been trying to get feedback to where it is and what is wrong with it for years, at no point did I ever get a call back an email and nobody has been able to give me any answers. Finally today I get a call saying it is ready for collection. I asked if it was fixed and shockingly its not fixed. FOR 3 YEARS they have had it and DONE NOTHING ! Worst customer experience ever and I will NEVER buy another product from them in my life. They have offered zero solutions and zero apologies.

Generally love this particular branch, but yesterday's visit was awful. The girl who was on duty was very rude. And we didn't spend small change at the store either. I asked for more info on how the used games section works for when we decide to bring our games in for trade and the way she responded was unprofessional - more info like...."

Went there for Funko's, okayish selection. Very bad policy for returns though because you can only return or exchange items when there is a regional manager in store (which is from Monday to Friday, I'm guessing) and some people work during the week. Would be better to give employees the authority to allow returns/exchanges without a regional manager present to avoid inconvenience to your customers...
