Bought 3 Triple stacker xl burgers and all had no cheese. Really disappointed staff are not trained properly from day 1 to make these especially for the prices charged. Worse there is not even a tel no to ring complaint too. Maybe owners shouldn't be in such a hurry to open for business? Picture is of the triple stacker..So update on Burger King Walmer - after quite a gap went to Burger King again tonight 28/01/23 hopeful there was improvement. Unfortunately not - asked the ordering staff to ensure enough cheese was on the triple stackers three times only to get home to find barely nothing. Chips were burnt. Don't know why other burger kings in town can get it right. Won't be going back there on a hurry.

26 April 2023 was the worst experience at Burger King Walmer Port Elizabeth.We waited 40 min for the one order to be completed, might I add it was NOT a complicated nor a big order.During this time there are other STAFF members continuously walking out the kitchen with their own food and sitting and eating WHILE the restaurant is full of customers waiting for food.After getting up because one half of our table has eaten and the other half were at this point AFTER 40 min still waiting for the second half of our order, when I got up to check there were maybe 4 people in the kitchen our food was not being prepared and this was now going onto 59 min waiting for our food.This was the worst experience I have ever had and I come from the customer service industry, when I went to get up to see where the rest of our tables food was they had not even prepared it.I don’t see how your staff are a priority when there are customers, waiting for food… yet we are watching how 3 staff members are walking to a table sitting down and eating their food while we are STILL waiting 50 min for ours it’s honestly pathetic.I will definitely make sure not to go to Walmer Burger king again…And there are a few customers from last night that agreed!!Do better!

Ordered 2 double stacker XL burgers. Both were super dry with barely any nacho cheese sauce. Terribly disappointed after having great burgers at the Lorraine branch.

First time with a bad experience at this branch,two months ago ordered online to collect, arrived there at least 30 min after I ordered. When I got there I waited 20 minutes.Today I ordered, one hour waiting, still waiting... with Uber Eats. One hour for one burger. Oh, you also can't call because the phone is an ornament. TERRIBLE! I would rather go to Newton Park.

I have and never will not be in the mood for Burger King. Even got the boys hooked on it. Walmer branch is close to home and office. It's a bonus given the amazing, fast and friendly service i keep getting here. Thank you and keep it up!

Ampiwe served us at the delivery window. Every staff member from the person who took the order to Ampiwe who handed us our whopper burgers were friendly efficient and service was speedy. Burgers ready in two minutes. Delicious. Well done !!!!

The food is top notch, they also offer great value for your money. Service is fine. Atmosphere is a little sterile, like a canteen sort of vibe.

Burger King is Burger King, but happy to give these guys a 4 star rating because of friendly service. Also, we tend to order with a few slight changes to the menu (no garnish on one, no cheese on another, etc.) and they got it perfectly correct (amazing how difficult that seems to be at other places).Also, open late which was convenient for us.
