Had a horrible experience with this company. I replaced a windscreen and realized when I got home that it wasn't properly fitted. I went back and they agreed. They then asked me to keep it on for 14 days so that the glue could stick thereafter they will do a total refit. During the 14 days the whole thing just started cracking all over. I therefore went back there. They accused me that the windscreen had fallen off and I tried to replace it and it cracked. They then refused to replace it.In addition, the professionalism is completely absent.

I had the pleasure (although unfortunate) to take my car for a windscreen repair at The Windscreen Doctor in Edleen Kemptonpark over the weekend. I say pleasure because of the professional experience and good workmanship I received from the team there. Many times we post to complain but hardly to compliment, so well done to the General Manager Gladwin and his team of experts for making this a pleasurable experience.

After contacting multiple windscreen repair companies, you were the only one willing to help with a cracked windscreen repair. Went to have a windscreen chip repairedThe guy started drilling and the crack started to run.Blamed my wife sitting in the car saying they moved around. When i got to the car he was using a liquid and sello tape to fill up the crack and said it wouldn't run further.So what was a 20 cent sized chip is now a 10cm spider web crack all along my windscreen.

Excellent receptionists and response time. The front desk was very friendly and helpful even though I couldn't give her all of the information. My windscreen was replaced very quickly. Excellent service and I would definitely recommend them
