Be very careful, these cowboys acted as management agents for my property rental 12 months ago, appeared to be professional but that quickly faded once the tenant was in. I haven't received all my rentals and in addition they failed to manage collection of utilities. They also allowed a tenant to stay without a deposit for the last several months of the tenancy which has cost me sleepless nights. This so called professional outfit don't put names on admin emails so you can't contact anyone directly. All of the above is factual and such a unpleasant experience that we asked the tenant to vacate several months ago and they ignored our request, we have now decided to sell rather than rent again once we can get this tenant out.

This agency will make u pay R2500 which is not stated on the offer to purchase, they call it 'Admin fees' and the admin which they are only doing is just sending your documents to the bank which you can do yourself. So I advise if you want the best agency ,go to Better bond they won't ask you for any cent.
