Previously visited DeMala and had a small mistake on my billing.Quiet impressed with the resolution of the problem.The owner was easy to get hold of and corrected the issue within 24hours, even though it follwed a holiday. I got the refund for the error, a formal apology as well as a complimentary treatment. I really enjoyed the hair treatment and relaxing mini head massage.The staff was kind and offered hot beverages while waiting to myself and other clients.Will continue being a client at DeMala branches.

I been to this place x2 and on both occassion they insisted on me to use their products, when I informed them am happy with product am using, recently the lady even went to an extent to embarrassing my features, the waxing done on my face was not 110%, extremely poor stop forcing customer to take your products when they say No, No is No understand that - NEVER GO BACK

Based on pics that I've seen on Instagram yes looks great,looks like a good job could be done on hair however, booked my appointment, got there and spoke to an extremely rude receptionist. So it's a no go for me based on customer service

Poor service. I have taken my daughter to have her hair cut into a long straight bob and it was not cut straight i did bring it to the hairdressers attention and she said it was fine( to her eyes it looked straight). This was two weeks ago. I went to the plaza today to let the hairdresser know that she didnot cut it properly. She looked at me and said that is how it should be. Very bad service from that hairdresser. Customers go to De mala expecting excellent service especially for the price they pay. Disappointing.
