I would definitely not recommend buying phones from them, when you have a dud phone they couldn't care less, you constantly have to phone them for feedback. You get your device back nothing was done to it and then they still want you to run around to get information for them. It's been a week since I was told they will phone or escalate this matter again if I don't phone they don't worry. Stay away from this shop. To top it off the service center and themselves keep playing the blame game on eachother.

One of the most kaak service ever , was “ assisted” by this light skinned chubby horrible lady on Monday afternoon.You could tell that she is clueless about the meaning of good service.She doesn’t deserve that job

The store is better than the Foschini in Tsakane mall. The area manager for Foschini in the entire Eastrand needs to organise customer service training for this stores. I don't understand what kind of training they got because all the staff members lack customer service skills,they run the stores like a spaza shop.
