I stayed back home to collect an important item. Driver rang the bell and JUST LEFT. Didn't wait. I opened the door and saw him drive right past. Called up the contact center, the lady there tried asking him to go back and the driver didn't listen to the lady. Refused to come back. He lied to his own team that he knocked on the door as well. I have it all on the video sir!All of this happened within 8 seconds. Guess he wanted me to wait at the door for him all day to arrive.Pathetic!

Absolutely shocking! I have never chosen to use these couriers, but sometimes the company I’m buying from only send with them. Their drivers have not ONCE buzzed our unit to deliver the product. They have either left it outside the building (not in a safe place) and it’s been stolen or the driver just keeps the product and marks it as delivered. This is then is on the retailer to replace. This can’t be right!! The drivers and the courier needs to be responsible! And when I’m trying to contact them on their contact page you can’t submit the query.

I would give zero star if I could. The driver from Couriers Please did not follow the delivery instructions and created damages to my private property, and their Customer Service is useless.I ordered several things from Kmart and the parcel was automatically delivered by Couriers Please. I never gave the authority to leave the parcel in a safe place" if I am not at home. But the driver did not follow the delivery instructions and created damages to my private property by throwing the heavy parcel over my balcony which is on the 1st floor. I did contact Couriers Please regarding this issue. One of their agent named Carmela got back to me

Pretty unimpressed that they won't deliver to a Suite (PO box Plus) that I paid more money for so other couriers could deliver my packages safely. Instead, they didn't even send me notification that they weren't going to deliver. Just had me waiting thinking my parcel would arrive any day now. And then after talking with customer service, they refused to redirect my parcel to my residential address. If you're a business who is looking to use them for deliveries, just don't do it. You'll have very unsatisfied customers - even if your product is great, their delivery is not. That will fall on you unfortunately. Now I will need to travel well out of my way to go to one of their depot stores to collect something they won't deliver at all. Very unprofessional.

Couriers Please must be the worst delivery service ever! I only just checked their Google reviews and it’s no surprise that they are 1 star many times over. Target - change your supplier! These guys were supposed to deliver 2 days ago. I was told they would deliver the next business day, and then the next business day. Rearranged plans to be here at home twice now. Still no package! Was hung up on rudely mid sentence on a chat yesterday where they guaranteed it would be delivered this morning. No phone number to contact them and complain. Not good enough. Couriers please, please have some respect for other peoples time, and communicate to let people know what’s actually going on. Also check the conversation is finished before you hang up.17

I received an email to say parcel has been picked up by couriers please. I received tracking which stated estimated delivery 1 June 2023. Next day tracking disappeared. I called couriers please only to be told my parcel did not exist? I was then told to ask the seller. Seller confirmed it was picked up by couriers please. Couriers please cannot tell me where my parcel is or what happened. Where is my parcel ?

Disappointed! where are my packages? I'm waiting on two things. Two small things. The tracking of them keeps giving me the runaround. Delivery reschedule, delivery reschedule, delivery reschedule. Are you kidding me? this is the first time in my life i have ever had an issue with Couriers Please. We are no longer in lockdown or the pandemic! what is the excuse for this? My dogs need their food!! Yes,I have contacted support. No reply.

I work from home 24/7 and am always home when I know a delivery is coming. Every other courier delivers my packages with no issue. Couriers Please on the other hand, never even bother ringing the doorbell and my packages end up going to the post office EVERY SINGLE TIME. I even specify that I want the delivery to be left at the door without a signature just so that they STOP taking them to the post office. I haven’t personally received a single order delivered by Couriers Please EVER, even though I am home so I KNOW they don’t even bother trying to deliver it. It is such a waste of my time (that I don’t have) to have to leave my house to collect a package that I was home in the first place to receive. They are just plain lazy.

Why online shop still using this brand delivery, this morning I got email from courier said I am not in my home. I amIn the home just your courier doesn’t professional just put the email end up I need redelivery service for next day so disappointed. I never felt like this with other shipping. Improving your system and trial your staff properly. Usually the parcel they will put inside the mailbox or receptionist desk inside apartment

I needed a one off courier and these guys were the cheapest by far. I was hesitant to use them at first because of so many bad reviews but couldn't warrant paying more for this particular job. Anyhow, the item was delivered within 24 hours of it being picked up. If you don't mind a slightly longer delivery time then the cost savings are great. I'm sure it's the case that people are quick to leave bad reviews when dissatisfied but thought I'd balance it out by saying I had no issues. The only thing that was slightly annoying was when I tried to call them initially, it was an automated response and I could not get through to a person but I guess it being a low cost service I should expect that (and I have the same issue with many larger premium services as well).
