I bought multiple furniture items from from 2 stores this past weekend. The items were delivered today. My experience has been exeptional from inquiry through payment right down to delivery. Special instructions were taken and followed with thought and care, communication was constant and clear, promises were delivered on and the quality of the items bought is amazing. Love this store, yes things are pricey but the staff and the store makes you feel so great to just walk in there. Besides you can use any tfg card in the store. Love their different areas for each part of the home and enthusiasts like coffee gods.

I cannot remember when last I walked into a store in South Africa and received the level of service I received today. The gentleman at the door greeting each customer actually needs to be cloned because his positive energy is absolutely exceptional. I felt that the way the staff approached me was very graceful and unpretentious and not overbearing, which I really liked. I believe all stores in Canal Walk should send their staff to @home Canal Walk for training because what I witnessed today was honestly world class standard. I usually avoid shopping at all costs due to the bad attitudes I come across for no particular reason, so I really appreciate my experience today at your store.

They are great but a little to expensive for my budget. Some of the things you could get cheaper elsewhere with the same quality
