EXCELLENT SERVICE.... Consistenly and staff tell you about current promotions and ask for trash laying around in your car.Store should explore a different layout to increase choice and sales.

The 2nd time having a bad experience with the same petrol attendant, on the same day as the other month. The last few hours before the petrol goes up.I understand everyone was busy, and it was chaos, but no one directed us in the right direction saying that we need to Que our cars in a certain way, we eventually ended up on Old Paarls side of the Garage, facing the shop, just as the car in front of us, so what's the problem? The problem is that one petrol attendant was guiding us to go and follow the Que on the other side (where we were) while the other started yelling at us. And when I mean yelling, I mean yelling. Rudely.We told him it was not necessary to speak to us that way and then turned the car back round to the other side.He then called us a few minutes later to where he was working and asked us to fill up there. I told him I'd like to stay behind the car I was at ( due to him being disrespectful earlier ).My wife got out of the car and decided to go in and find a manager, as this was our second bad experience there with the same employee.A very sweet lady helped her ( not the manager ) , as she was told the manager is currently busy in the office. So we don't even know who we spoke to, a supervisor?She then confronted her colleague as she wanted my wife to point out who it was that was yelling at us earlier.The petrol attendant then denied that it was himself who had yelled at us, and pointed his finger to my wife's face telling her she was a liar.Anyways. This WAS be out last visit to Shell Oakglen, as we had been treated rudely by the same Employee twice.Sad we couldn't see his or the lady who helped us name's, as the were not wearing name tags.As someone who works with customers on a daily basis, this is no way to treat customers.

Lunch time on a Monday the garage decides to have a cash in transit vehicle do a cash collection and 2 armed men chase me out of the shop before I could buy anything. I wanted to buy 2 pies and a coffee. Made me feel VERY unsafe. Won't be going to this garage again

Unbelievable.I was at this Shell garage the weekend. I asked the attendant to fill my car with R 200 Diesel and he put petrol in. I wasn't happy about it but reacted as one could expect. So, I spoke to the manager and then spoke to the owner. They promised to sort out the car asap (lucky that I realized they where putting in the incorrect fuel) and so, hours later; the mechanic arrives (Very friendly guy) to sort out the problem. So, I requested the car to be filled as compensation for the time wasted which the manager did.Today, 11th of April - 2 days after the incident. The owner, Jaco, called me and told me what a bad person I am to bully the manger and that to expect them to fill my car as compensation is unfair and unreasonable. He's rude and shouts at me...? According to him it is my responsibility to make sure the correct fuel is put in my car. I reported this to Shell... lets see what happens.Crazy!

The staff is very friendly and helpful!!! The new auto tire inflation works beautiful!!! They even have a car wash!!!

I stood first at the line in the store & the lady asked the guy behind me if he wanted some coffee , when she could literally see I’m standing first in line , the guy pointed at me to show her that there’s someone before him & yet she carried on speaking to him & then asked a silly question ‘ oh would you like something ‘ you don’t treat customers like that whether they regulars or not , everyone deserves to get treated equally.

No public restroom. Young guy at tills were as helpfull as a broken brick.

Could not fill up container for fuel for lawn mower.No correct container to purchase either.No proper signage stipulating that no ordinary containers are allowed to be filled.A fuel gauge can go faulty.A young boy got killed getting stuck along the roadSilly.

I was at Shell Oak Glen about 45 mins ago. And I'm highly dissapointed. I understand that Petrol prices are going up tonight and that everyone was super busy. But first of all, when I eventually got to the Petrol Station 3, the Petrol Attendant didn't come around to Greet me, he knocked on my window and just assumed I wanted to fill up. I got out and then told him I only wanted R300 worth of petrol, as I needed Milk inside the store. After he was done he was leaning against the wall, he didn't even bother to ask me if I needed anything else, if my tyres needed to be pumped, or If he eneeded to check my water. I didn't get his name, as he never introduced himself to me. I work in an industry where I work with customers every day. And even when we are busy, and at its worst, NEVER would I treat a customer the way I was treated today. Very dissapointed. I visit this Shell due to It being ariund my corner, but I'll be going to Engen down the road now.
