Lovely environment to work out in - it's hygienic and the staff are very friendly- however - many of the cable machines are out constantly out of order. Their admin team lacks a lot. I have been waiting for them to contact me for 6 months about a discrepancy on my membership- after continuously following up and leaving my details with various members of staff. They eventually ended up terminating my membership due to this discrepancy without informing me. I rate them 1/5 for their admin team and 3/5 for their facilities.

A week ago I started at the gym.I like it.There's one thing that's irritating me.People are using 2 or more machines at the same time. Now you have to wait for them to finish.And they still get annoyed...Please...

Equipment is good. Location good. But staff, although friendly, aren't helpful most of the time.You report gear not functioning (some literally just needs a battery change) and you need to wait for someone to come from lunch or some simply just tell you they can't do it now but offers no other solution (like asking onsle of their colleagues etc).
