This lady who claims to be the owner and manager is so rude!! I’ve never come across such unprofessional service. When I received my portrait back the glass was so dirty on the inside I gave it back so they had to redo it. Will never return.

Very bad service. Handed in very important photos for copies. Did not phone for collection fot 5 days. When I went to collect my photos they could not find it for 30 minutes despite everyone looking for it. Very disorganized. When my photos were found at last they could not find the scanned copies. In the end I left with my original photos and no copies. I would advise anyone who want to leave photos there to make sure you have good copies or rather go somewher else from the start!

Terrible service. There are approx 5 people working there and none seem to want to assist. When I asked for assistance the one told the other to help me, who in turn told another person to help me and so forth. All with the owner watching from the corning.

Enquire about developing 35 mm film. Only response Not in Bloemfontein". No other information about any other businesses in BFN that may have the service were offered - and not very friendly. Pity that some bussinesses survived the schythe of COVID.... Will not go back there."

Don't know what to say, they are not helpful, you have to ask them to help you or they just stare at you and carry on their conversation. I waited for a print and two copies and it took 20 min. I am not abused

Would give a 0 if possible. The lady was very rude, they printed certificates for me and didn’t have the right size certificate paper. Told me to walk to Crazy Store and buy some. When they printed it it had blue lines and when I questioned the blue ink lines the lady was very rude and told me not everything can be as perfect as I wanted however this and the certificate paper was the only things I asked about. Then when I needed to frame it they didn’t have frames. Only about 7 small ones that doesn’t fit A4’s. And just printing 4 A4 papers costed me R60. Very bad experience. Would have given it atleast a 2 if the lady wasn’t rude.
