When to pay your account everybody busy helping people with upgrades.........WHY IS THERE AN EXPRESS COUNTER?last month waited 40 minutes before being helped after I complained......Today same story......nobody to help you when you want to pay your account......suggestion: Please remove express signage and replace with : we will get to you when we get to you!!!!Quick to revoke my account if I dont pay but your service is poor!!!

Disgusting the most unhelpful store I have ever been to the lady was not prepared to even get off her seat when I wanted info on upgrades when asked if they have I phones was told none in stock must look in the brochure. When asked about a dongle for data also none in stock but leave a copy of my ID and she would get back to me. Still waiting. Unfriendly and unhelpful will never go back there again Shocked and angry

Staff have attitude.Not too friendly and only helpful when you actually buy something, not when you just ask general questions.Shop is at least very clean.

Very busy. Long wait. Only 2 people to see to all the customers. When we did eventually get served they were very helpful and pleasant.

Always very friendly and efficient once you get to the front of the queue... sometimes the queue and wait time are quite long.

I actually want to give zero stars for the terrible service at this branch. One staff member couldn't be bothered to get off her rather rear to greet or us ask me what i needed help with and this was followed by a new staff member coming back from her (i'm sure well deserved) break and helping other customers who arrived me after me first. When enquiring as to why, since I was clearly first, the staff member informed us that we (the only other people in the store, we actually in the 'wrong line'...which she ciuldn't oversee apparently, since there were what, so many other people in the store? I am not sure whether they are trying to get themselves out of business? Possobly. But i would recommend heading to hemingways first, where i cannot speak highly enough of the friendliness and helpfulness.

Nobody answers the store phone. Very frustrating. The whole call center / store experience is not something to look forward to.
