Really enjoy this gym and I've been to many. The vibe is truly family orientated in that you quickly make friends, feel comfortable in your own skin, while being drilled by the well qualified instructor, Miguel. Workouts are hard but based on your fitness level. You push as hard as you can manage. Crossfit incorporates excellent functional movement which keeps your body feeling younger through everyday life. Highly recommended.

Knowledgeable and friendly trainers. Morning and evening classes, group or private available. Nice inside and outside training area. Pilates also available on site.

Good instruction and hard work, a great crossfit gym with friendly people and lots of times to choose from. No matter what level you are, you will definitely improve and get stronger here.
