Very good service. Had a full service done and replaced some parts (my Becker heater was in a mess). They collected, replaced parts and returned in under a week. Good communication, good service, affordable pricing.

Drove all the way here on Saturday, got there @ 10:30. And they are closed. Very disappointing. Will never go back here. Will find another store.

I always receive excellent service with quick turn around times to get an appointment and very neat work.

I was referred to Beckers Heaters to refurbish the fireplace in my house. I was told by many people that it would not be possible to do that and that I would have to replace the fireplace completely, which would cost approximately R40 000.00.I contacted Fatima, from Beckers Heaters and she gave me the good news that they would be able to fit a new glass on the front of the fireplace door and service it at a very reasonable and affordable price. They came to my house and did the work that was necessary in less than an hour and charged me the exact price they quoted me before they come out to do the work.I now have a fireplace that hasn't worked in over 30 years warming up my house in this very cold weather.Thank you Beckers Heaters and Fatima, I will definitely make use of your services again.

Great service as I would eat the owners head yet he was patient with me..shuaib the fitter was very pleasant ,helpful and served me with a smile..would definitely recommend them.

Finally good service !!! Beckers Heaters helped me within a week. After, I basically begged Stove Mecca CC to help me for more than 6 months. Still, Stove Mecca CC could not helped.Beckers Heaters, I thank you for delivering an excellent service and encourage you to continue with this. I will share this with all my friends and family. Recently had an Anthracite stove installed by Becker Heaters. From choosing the best stove from the wide range avalable to the installation Ridwaan and his team was fantastic. You won't regret choosing this company to find the perfect stove. We are so happy with our stove. Thank you to the team at Becker Heaters!

If I can give them 0 stars I would. Their customer service is TERRIBLE. We paid for delivery of our burner that we sent to them for a quote, they delivered it without all of the inside grates that went with it. We begged for months to get this delivered, after which they said we must collect it, as if it was our fault that they forgot to put the burner back together. After months of begging, being ignored and some more begging we finally received delivery today, but its not even half of what they still owe us and what is missing. This is a horrible organisation and I would suggest that you rather find alternatives that will definitely provide better service.
