I wouldn’t buy any product that requires customisation from them. Bought two fireplaces and one needed to be modified, I gave them the spec on the 25th March and only got it delivered on the 06th May to their office in Joburg also after many attempts including phoning the head office in CPT. I’ve asked to get them delivered and I feel like it’s an usual request because I’m not getting feedback.I bought a braai stand last year and my order was delivered efficiently, hence I wouldn’t recommend them for customised products.

Awful company, braai delivered damaged, no response.Double sided fireplace sold with 2 flues, when there own installation recommends 3/4.No wonder my fireplace gives off as much smoke into the room as heat.

Terrible after purchase service. Staff will not get back to you. Their indoor braais smoke a lot, we sent photos for assistance to see what we can do to fix it but they offer no support.

Got the 1200mm deluxe built in braai from them, think this is their entry level unit, it's around R4k cheaper then what the popular competitors equivalent size goes for. I can't understand how the competition can justify their pricing, with lava they include the flue pipes the competition charges around R3k extra for them. Included you get a beautiful stainless steel grid. The build quality and finish of the product is amazing. We'll done guys.

Ordered a braai with a few modification for which we have paid. On delivery we saw that none of the agreed modifications has been done. No help or feedback from lavafires as we had to pay before delivery and now nobody cares anymore. Therefore not to recommend as this is not the way to make business
