I just called in for an appointment with the dentist. I haven't met this dentist before but his receptionist is a rude uncouth woman who doesn't know the meaning of customer service. I was told that because I am am a new customer I cannot get and afternoon appointment and I cannot be seen on Saturday. her tone was ugly and she made it very clear that existing patients are only allowed to get some sort of good service from her, although from reading the reviews I highly doubt that even existing customers get any help from this woman.

Dr Singh is a wonderful doctor , however he's receptionist is a very rude woman and doesn't give a person to talk ,she talks over them and slams the phone down in the patient's ear.I would suggest getting a more friendly receptionist.

Dr Desai was very patient and reassuring with my little son who needed a tooth extracted. They do take the time to check with medical aid first, to ensure there are no issues down the road.
