Finchley Guest House
View from the rooms are spectacular. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean spacious rooms and linen. Front gate does not lock. TV channels are very limited, when they work. Aircon needs a service. Breakfast is okay, but basic. Besides some maintenance issues this is a nice place to stay. Very close to the beach as well as the mountain. Oh and bring your own shampoo...

Finchley Guest House
We loved our stay at this guesthouse. Our room had a gorgeous sea view with a balcony that we used to watch the sunset with a glass of wine in hand. The staff were friendly, polite and willing to help at anytime. Our late check-in was no hassle and we were greeted warmly the staff. COVID-19 protocols were adhered to with temperature screening, screening forms and sanitation. We had a wide range of breakfast choices to choose from. We look forward to returning to Finchley Guest House on our next trip.

Very nice place, very peaceful staff are really friendly and helpful. Everything is neat and clean pool is sparkling clean had a very nice stay. I really loved it here.

I stayed for over a week Camps bay is a lovely place to stay the beach is wonderful I enjoyed my walks along the beach .Camps bay is very safe clean and a relaxing and enjoyable place to visit and stay

Excellent location just minutes from the action at Camps Bay Beach. Our room looked over the ocean, fantastic views.The staff make the hotel - Mac and his team were friendly and welcoming, and prepared a tasty breakfast each morning. We would definitely stay at Finchley Guesthouse again!

Lovely guesthouse, great rooms. Loadshedding made the rooms very hot at times, staff and service very good. Beautiful pool etc.

Good locationHotel is in a good location, close to all the restaurants in Camps Bay but you don't hear all the hustle and bustle. Restaurants were also open on Christmas day. The room was neat and tidy. There was a bar fridge in an open cupboard, hence was very noisy at night. There are only 3 TV channels, so always plan a day out. The shower wasn't great. The shower head was old and I could not direct the water. The shower itself is very small so shaving my legs was difficult. However there is a bath if you want. The staff were extremely friendly and assisted when asked. Breakfast was your standard breakfast but staff need some lessons on how to make a sunny side up egg. It was always over cooked. The owners weren't there so they did their best.
