I arrived at 16H50 at the till. The cashiers were busy on the phone chatting and laughing without assisting and explaining why they kept me waiting... I was only assisted at 17H02 without any explanation. The only reason I waited was because my boyfriend was craving it and I was too lazy to drive to Rustenburg Square. I won't be coming back

Today i got at the store around 6:40 and waited on a que to purchase my meal and some Rude guy came out of no where and i told us to leave bcoz he wants to close...when i asked for the manager he said there's nothing i can do about it..and the manager has left...the service is poor there is very very poor you don't treat customers like that...I'm not satisfied for real.

Horrible service.This is the second time I’m waiting more than 1 hour 30 minutes for my order.They are never apologetic and when asked they have an attitude.

The service is bad. I called to place an order and when I got there ...the pizza was cold. That dot was black and the cashier didn’t even care. Next time I’ll drive to Rustenburg square it’s a bit far from where I stay but the service is not that horrible.

They giving poor servics here you'll call and then will tell you to come after 30mins and I will delay with extra 30mins cause I know I will get there still not done,when you get there they telling you again to wait 30mins
