Very rude staff. Covid protocols are not understood. I sted they use it to abuse customers. I would not recomend anyone to buy here. Very pooor service i ever experience in my life. Just to att the store was fithy. I have pictures to prove it.

Giving them 2 stars only because their pizzas are up to standard. Always packed, do not go there month end. They open very late and do not adhere to the open and closing time reflected at door

I have just had the most terrible experience @Debonairs Protea Garden. I ordered Meaty-Cram-Decker with extra cheese at 17:24 for delivery and I had to collect it at 18:43. You have just lost a customer. I will never, ever buy from Debonairs. Very unprofessional. I'm disappointed beyond the utter of the word

Worst service ever , I ordered pizza at 17:30 and it's 20:30 now and I am still waiting , this is really bad , when your guy arrives I will turn him back so that you can get a taste of your own medicine.

I just ordered the party pack(10 pizzas) and the delivery guy dropped off 5 boxes and left, without even giving us a receipt. I asked my little sisters to collect the order as I was still on a call with the client(WFH). Tried contacting the store but the call is not going through. I need this issue resolved. This is not professional at all.

I highly recommend you save your money and buy elsewhere, the pizza looks horrible if not poisonous, the quality is horrible wouldnt recommend you spending your hard earned cash on something like this

I ordered my pizza at 16:38 & it's been more than 2 hrs waiting.... No explanation or whatever. I even called the call centre to complain and they said they will ask the manager to get back to me but dololo. Disappointed to the core
