I'm disappointed by the incompetent shop manager. He is vey rude and not sure about the products he is selling. We work hard for our money and he's treating customers with disrespect. He is actually taking advantage of the customers. Shame on you shop manager!

The Manager, he is so unprofessional, Incompetent, he doesn't know his Job. He doesn't know or understand the Product that he is selling in the Shop. He doesn't even know how to explain the Product to customers. Poor Service, staff always on their cellphones.No Customer Care at all. They need serious training and customer care skills training. Shame on you Manager and your Staff.
