Very long wait to pay. Long queue at Pharmacy. Service was good at the pharmacy section, however there is No cashier at pharmacy so had to follow another long queue to pay for 1 pharmacy item. Not all cashiers are open at the paypoint. There should be a cashier at the pharmacy to make payment easier for medication.

I had the most pathetic experience at the branch in the Phoenix Plaza. I had booked my vaccination before at the store for 10:50 am. Upon arrival at the store at exactly 10:46 in perfect time for my appointment I proceeded to the pharmacy and was instructed by a employee to wait in the pharmacy line. I then waited in the line for approximately 10 minutes to be approached by the very same employee once again instructing me to wait in another queue that was outside the store which comprised of approximately 20 people. The wait at the pharmacy was unnecessarily long. Several customers left the queue to go elsewhere. The pharmacy seems poorly managed and the staff seem insufficiently trained. To add to the wait, I was told that 2 out of the 4 items I require are out of stock. I called Dischem from the dispensary, they confirmed availability of all items and put them aside for me. Next time I will go directly to Dischem and not waste my time with Clicks.

Not my favorite clicks to go due to it being over crowded every time. Aircons either don't wory or are not very efficient, however when I did have to go get my second shot of the vaccine the nurse at the clinic was very friendly

Absolutely terrible...no aircons for awhile now resulting in melted chocolates etc and pharmacy medication at risk to purchaseThe ques to pay and line up is ridiculous as well as the pharmacy sideThe store needs to be revamped
