From phone call to collection I was treated very well. 1st time I've made use of Automan and will certainly be returning. The workshop is clean, and from what I've seen, very efficient. Not only was everything done that was asked but a few added extras thrown in at Automan's discretion. History and memorabilia in the reception show the type of dedication the team" is willing to put in. Good job

Great service from the get go. They made it their top proirity in helping us get our dream car with full tank of fuel and came in on a public holiday thanks to Catherine.We ran into an issue and they were happy to assist.Great service from Automan.

Beware of this place!After you purchase a vehicle here, the manageress may give you anonymous calls to harass you because of other people’s reviews and to confess her free-time activities as a stalker, as it happened to me. So let me now at least give them the review they asked for.I think I have been able to identify the relevant review and I am fully in agreement with the allegation therein that the behaviour of the person apparently managing this place is absolutely unacceptable. The behaviour was not only cheeky during the sales process but also, I received an after-sale “follow-up call“ from an anonymous number for her to “thank“ me for a review I did not even give. She claimed she would have tracked my IP through Google, which is mere nonsense, and “joined the dots”. What makes this incident particularly embarrassing and noteworthy is the fact that the other reviewer Gems Bok is mocking the fact that the owner has apparently also responded to his/her review with regards to another customer/incident. It seems like these people have quite a few terribly unhappy customers as they focus more on their (quite shabby) side hustle as private investigators rather than pursuing their core business with the required diligence. This also came to light after a thorough inspection of the car. I am therefore only partly in agreement with the review of Gems Bok. What I cannot agree with is namely the quality of the work which has been praised in the said review. They sold us a car and did not fix all the issues they promised to fix so the car needed to go in for repairs right after we received it from them. From the issues that were purportedly addressed, one part broke off within a few days of driving the vehicle. As we found out later, the tyres fitted on the vehicle were not only of different sizes but all of them were patched. This is life-threatening.

We have been supporting Automan for many years as they are near our business and convenient for us. We have various vehicles which require all manner of repairs. Flavio and his staff have given us excellent service without fail. His diagnostic capabilities are accurate and the process for repairs is explained and quotations are given without fail. Their promises are upheld and the burden of motor repairs is made lighter due to their professional approach. We have recommended our family and friends to Automan with confidence

After many years of impressive service, I am sad to say I will no longer support this business after they did not fully disclose their charges during my last car service. I asked for a quote in writing which was declined by Katherine on the basis that they were off line for emails and when I asked for it on Whatsapp she said she was too busy and insisted on giving it to me telephonically. It was my fault to accept that response, I trusted you but never again.

I recently brought my car to Automan Fitment Centre for brakes and discs. On arrival I was greeted with incredibly friendly faces and greeted by the owner Catherine who guided me through the process and made it quick and efficient. They were commented to saving me money where the agents couldn’t. They work fast and go over and above for their customers. I would highly recommend Automan Fitment Centre to anyone who needs repairs done for their car.

I'm simply blown away by these guys. It's all about the small detail. The workshop is tidy, they work fast and accurately, they keep me informed, their pricess are fantastic, the quality of work is amazing. And the attention to detail is brilliant. I was offered coffee while I wait. Waiting area is tidy and comfortable, bathrooms are stunning. Seriously how do these guys do all of this in 1 go. Highly recommend this place.. I'll only take my car to these guys in future.

Today it is not easy finding good service. However when it comes to Catherine,Flavio and their staff at Automan Fitment Centre they go far and beyond expectations.
