Purchased a property from this developer. I wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience.

I would strongly discourage anyone considering purchasing a home from Tyto Properties. Avoid!You are treated with respect throughout the Sales process until the deal is done and then handed over to the developer team for any snags - which they never tend to. I have battled for a number of months now to get the team to tend to these snags, cornices which are disintegrating, vinyl flooring which is pulling apart and it takes them a number of days to even acknowledge, or reply to e-mails with multiple follow-ups… never mind actually attend to it!Promises are made as to when they would tend to the matter, except they never arrive on the day or communicate accordingly either. It is left up to the owner to keep chasing, which also just goes ignored. When questioned as to why it’s taking so long the answer is “that they’ve been incredibly busy” - busy selling more homes to unsuspecting owners rather than fixing the ones they have already sold.Quality of workmanship and after-sales service is horrendous.You will be much better off dealing with a different property agent who takes pride in their work. Tyto has zero interest in you as a customer, other than your money.
