So, I just had my bicycle serviced here. Paid R695 for a Full Service and was told that the bike had been taken apart and built from the ground up. Got home and noticed that the valve caps were missing. Called Sheldon, not sure what his designation is and mentioned that the valve caps were missing. On collection the arrogant man tells me that the wheels never had any. So, if you actually built the bike from the ground-up, this would have been something that you would notice right! That fact that I had to drive 6km to fetch the valves from you and being called a liar to boot after spending R695. Says a lot to me about your business model and customer service. If you can lie about valves that cost 5 cents, what else about the full service is a lie?

Great friendly helpful service. The pricing is great and they willing to give good advice for free.
