I ordered stickers with them before with my artwork. I came back to order more stickers with them, request a quote and sent my artwork. They came back saying I need to resize my image to A5 and if I can't do it they can charge me a extra 60rand. But before when I order with the same request I did not have to re size . I'm so confused. Bad service really

After calling the first time they told me they'd send me a quote after I emailed the artwork. I immediately mailed the artwork along with details. No response. Called them 5 times during work hours, no one picks up.
