They sell you the dream but the moment they have your money, you better hope there's nothing wrong with your purchase because they will absolutely refuse you a refund, even if it is within the 7 day period the retail laws stipulate. Unacceptable.The whole experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and fruitless. I suggest you stick to known brands.

Its a pity google only allows a post when at least 1 star is selected.I purchased a tv stand which was delivered at 7pm during loadshedding. That's a sure trigger for a rush job. Needless to say, they assembled and two broken mirrors, now they will not fix them because these were not noted in the delivery note, which the drivers never left at the house.Do not buy from them

Be warned. Mattress and Couch Centurion do not have enough faith in their products to have a refund policy.If you purchase something from them, it cannot be returned; even if the product is faulty.I bought an uncomfortable squeaking mattress from them (not at all what they have on display) and there is no hope for a refund. It's the Glamour mattress. Stay away!I will either need to endure the discomfort and noise or buy another mattress from from a reliable brand, like Cloud Nine.
