I phoned this company to find out if they could help me with building plans and structural designs for my property.I was transferred to a lady to whom I said Hallo my name is Matthew and I need some advice if possible and to find out if they could help me with my needs" To which she responded " I wont give you anything before you dont give me a formal introduction". I said to the lady that I have just told you my name
