I called ahead to ascertain whether they stocked the equipment I was looking for and whether or not it was available for sale. I got there and was told that they were out of stock. A wasted trip is doubly annoying in the absence of the orthopedic equipment I needed to be mobile. Stunning incompetence here. Would not recommend.
