I had a good experience 2015 with the floorwizz pro with brush attach the one i bought from game store but i made a mistake to get the same mop at verimark store in Bedford center because in less than 3 months the sponge was decomposed and i had to bring it back to the store under my warranty but till now i didn't get the sponge back and i have to pay R55 more for the sponge replacement, so for a mop i have to spend R555 (R299 initial price, R200 transport from savoy to Bedford and R55 for replacement) beloved this is what i call witchcraft, how can one spent so much for something that do not last. I urge you verimark team stop this, give us value for our money after all we paid for it. Fire thunder you all
