Honestly the worst customer service I have ever received. I went I there to buy an external harddrive, and the staff showed levels of incompetence I have seldom seen in the realm of sales and I am honestly flummoxed as to how either of the staff got their positions in the first place.Firstly they double charged me and then basically said that it was my fault and that I pulled out my card to early despite them only mentioning that there was an issue with the machine after me removing my card. If it's an issue replace the machine or at the very least mention it beforehand and do it yourself. And When there is an issue be solution orientated, don't say 'go sort it out with your bank' and refuse to release the goods which has already reflected as a debit on my account. Show some empathy when it comes to dealing with customers and for god's sake never blame the customer. Now I have to get my bank to refund the transaction and waste hours of my life due to staff incompetence and a lack of willingness to do their job but would prefer to sit on their phones, play games and blame customers for their own incompetence and the fact that they have to work on a sunday.We were prepared to spend an additional R3k today on keyboards, JBL earbuds and the likes and instead I'll never shop at computer mania again.

Superheroes don't wear capes, they fix laptops! Excellent service from the guys this morning (as always), fixed my laptop which I was sure was dead, and irreparable.

Brilliant customer service, they helped me sort out my emails, I can especially recommend Shaun.

Shocking behaviour from a young man who obviously has no life experience and in an immature way said he was ready to die, while pulling my laptop towards him after I had said I would key in the necessary info for health reasons.Worst was his manager was standing alongside him and simply laughed. Almost sorry that I recently purchased Laptops from this store. Frankly will avoid them in future.

Sales people make it abundantly clear that they just want their commission. Not a pleasant experience shopping here.

Worst customer service I've ever got. When I walked into the shop this morning nobody greets you, and both salesmen were not busy with customers. Salesmen have absolutely no desire to sell product

Good stock, friendly and professional service. Manager Dean carried a rather heavy UPS to my car, and returned the keys to me.
