Cash Crusaders Pinetown

I bought a new Dixon WiFi keyboard and mouse for R200.00. They're working perfectly. Great value.

Cash Crusaders still haven't paid me for my i7 notebook which were stolen in the Civil Unrest 7 months ago, came with the excuse that their insurance refused to pay out their claim and they have to take them to the ombudsman.

Well they sold me two xbox games at a good price and were very nice about taking my money, although the disks had scratches on them was assured I could bring them back within 48 hours if there is a problem, I wouldnt have bought them if this was not the case.Well both games they sold me DIDNOT work appon returning them I was told I could not have my money back, I could have store credit or buy some other faulty games. After making a bit of a scene, the manager agreed to give me my money back and told me not to return.I felt uneasy and threatened as 5 or 6 workers surrounded me in the store shouting at me. They would have happily ripped me off if i hadnot complained and I felt I shouldnt need to do this to get my money back.DONOT buy games from them, they are faulty, DO NOT expect money back for faulty purchases. Nasty people, WOULD NOT RECOMEND.

If your operating say you close at 5pm... it is unacceptable that as your customer I should be stuck with your staff saying they do not have access to provide me with the goods I came to collect during your operating hours. Honour your terms of service.

Terrible service from staff , would not recommend to anyone , rude and not helpful at all , product still under warranty and have been chased away .

Very poor service their stuff are helpless and arrogant not a welcoming place to buy your goods,if there was a zero star would definitely give it a NO star.Failed to fix my Tablet...they can't fix a small issue like a charging system,thank God I found a guy with a small shop outside who fixed it without hesitation.This is the Worst services I've experienced in my life.

This is a fantastic bunch of people. I had spare stuff lying around at home, ladders, pressure cleaner etc etc.. They staff were very very professional. Paid well. Highly recommended place

Poor services from staff members to managers ..they dont know thier own products. Bad customer services as well..i will never recommend anyone to go thier especially the one in Pinetown..the services is poor!!!!!!!
