Terrible Experience!!!On Monday, 15 November 2021, we arrived at Loerie Trailer Hire to hire a trailer. We have used Loerie Trailer Hire's services before and never experienced such terrible service. Upon arrival, we decided to reverse and align our pick up truck to make it easier for hooking up the trailer. Pieter, started to scream and shout at us as clients. Even the trailer assistant apologized to us as clients and said 'there is something not right with Pieter'. Co-ordination of the premises as well as respect given to people needs to be drastically improved (Poor standards). If you are thinking of using Loerie Trailer Hire's services, be prepared for staff shouting at you and having an unorganised experience.Nasser Mall(Project Floors SA Managing Director)

Excellent service from Pieter and team at Loerie Trailer Hire, Brought my trailer in to have the wheel bearings replaced. The job was professionally done while I waited. Pieter also ensured that the wiring was repaired and got me back on the road to Cape Town.
