THE only place to take your Mac!!!! Marlene and her team go ABOVE & BEYOND to help you. There is nothing they don't know about Macs. Unlike the iStore there is no judgement about how old your machine is and no problem they won't bend over backwards to help you with.I have a 11 year old machine, a workhorse, and Marlene managed to find excellent parts for it.Can't recommend them highly enough.

Sold me a brand new Mac charger. I used it occassionally as a spare.Used occassionally for about 4 months and then it just stopped working.Brought it in to be checked. Called and waited alot, nothing but lies. Then to find out it was never seen to or repaired.Refused to do anything about it.

Super-friendly people. Honest and mega helpful. Geoff is a genius with Macs and takes it as a personal challenge to get around Apple's many ways to scr*w people. Literally saved me more than R10k. Also sourced me my dream machine (which is out of production) and kitted it out awesomely.

My experience with Macworx has been a rollercoaster ride which has ended on a HIGH. Today I got to meet Marlene and got to understand in more detail the difficulties the company went through over the past couple of months, Macworx story is definitely a David vs Goliath type of story.Thank you to the team for their unwavering commitment and their desire to have me leave better off than how I entered the Macworx workshop today.Thank you Marlene, Jacqui and team I would definitely recommend you guys.
