Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Literally take your car ANYWHERE else. The service is terrible and they are are arrogant, condescending and insulting. Almost R10 000 down the drain. If you have a Mercedes, take it to Kellross. They are very transparent, ethical and respectful.

My VW Passat was due for its second DSG Gearbox oil service. I got quoted various prices from businesses in and around Strand. Some quotes were ridiculous. I decided to phone 911 Service Centre after checking the reviews on Google. They quoted slightly higher for the DSG oil, but it was still more cost effective than what I was quoted at other service centres and gearbox specialists. They make use of MOTUL lubricants which is a superior product in the market.I made a booking and took my car in for the service the next day. Fast, friendly and efficient service! The service was carried out and when I came to pickup my vehicle they had carried out a mini valet service on the car free of charge. I was surprised and extremely happy to also hear that they only needed to change 4.5L of the gearbox oil and therefore charged me accordingly which was a R 600 saving. They could have charged me more but due to their integrity and business principle they didn't. Not often that you come across any businesses like this! I will most definitely recommend your business to people that I know and make use of you in future. Keep up the awesome work!

Great service, good price. No troubles.Trustworthy people.

I took my BMW in for the shocks, the loose rear-view mirror, squeaky fan belt and an overall check. A week and a half later i get a quote for over R40 000 which i pay. I was asked to come in to be explained more problems were found. My mirror apparently fell off with a piece of windscreen chipped out causing me to have it replaced since they can't help me. Also the said i need a new fan resistor(R2000) because it would not switch off causing the battery to die. I asked if they can just remove the fuse which the mechanic said he would but when i fetched the car the problem was oddly gone. I drove off and noticed a shudder worst between 90 and 100km/h another new problem, i went back just to be told by the mechanic there is no debate my wheels needed to be balanced and they don't do wheels. I don't understand why he would not tell me about it before i left and maybe suggest where to get it done. The Mechanic was very rude and impossible to deal with. I have ended up with more problems and overwhelming costs to deal with. The front office was pleasant to deal with but the mechanic caused huge problems and would hide things like the chip out of the windscreen from the office staff so we don't get the full picture. Wish things didn't end up like this.

My worse experience at this service station. Done a service and break fluid flush. After service my car had a loud sound in engine compartment sounds like timing chain and brake service lights flashing. The owner of garage first told me of how may 30 years experience he's got but don't want to listen at me as customer. Never in my life I'm be treated like this and was told that he doesn't want me as a customer again. So my money spend at his workshop to cover his expenses was good enough but afterserice suchs. On top I must spend more money to reserve car cause of wrong oil.

I highly recommend 911 Service Centre. I've been taking my vehicle to them for a service for a while now and they never disappoint (in fact, they seem to be very focused on continuous improvement)! I am so impressed with the efficiency, neat workshop, friendly staff, reasonable prices and service orientation.
